At Thomond Community College, we are proud to offer an inclusive, innovative, and student-centred learning environment where every young person is encouraged to become the best version of themselves.
Founded in 2016, Thomond Community College brings together the rich traditions of Salesian Secondary School and St. Nessan’s Community College under the trusteeship of the Limerick and Clare Education and Training Board (LCETB). Our school community celebrates diversity, achievement, and collaboration — values that are at the heart of everything we do.
We are passionate about nurturing each student’s individual potential in a supportive environment that values respect, inclusion, and lifelong learning. Working closely with our partners in local third-level institutions and national and international industries, we ensure that our students are well-prepared for the ever-changing world beyond school.
